Semi-monthly (2x a month) Home Check Service
Starting @ $125/month + TAX
We are more than happy to put together a personalized bundle or special request so please do not hesitate to ask (cleaning service, maintenance, etc.)!

Visual inspection of interior and exterior of property

Report any damages or concerns of property to owner

Run water in the sink, tub, and flush toilets; and do a visual inspection of the water lines

Run dishwasher on rinse cycle, ensure refrigerator and freezer are at the correct temperature, run garbage disposal, and reset any clocks from power outage

Check breaker panel for any tripped breakers

Visual inspection of A/C system (run AC and check for leaks or issues and ensure the condensate line is properly draining)

Visually inspect hot water heater

Look for any signs of rodents or insects

Run washer machine on rinse cycle

Water house plants
-
Start uncovered car in garage/parking spot

Check mail box (upon request)

Remove newspapers or any other evidence of non occupancy
Vehicle Services
Have a personal vehicle on island? We can bring your personal vehicle to the airport before your flight arrives so you can go on with your day! We will be providing two options:
Option 1: $50 + GE Tax
We will have your vehicle dropped off at the airport parking lot. We will then verify location (via photo) and send it to the owner confirming their vehicle is safely parked and ready for them! (We are not responsible for parking fees)
Option 2: $75 + GE Tax
(This option may only be available during normal business hours so please ask ahead of time!)
We will be waiting at the curb to greet you with your vehicle and help load your luggage. This option will need flight information so we can track your flight to help assure your vehicle will be there for you!

Leave it to us!
We offer a “lite shopping” concierge service. We can go to the store and pick up a few necessities to have in your fridge for when you get home!
